1. Definitions

In these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply unless context requires otherwise:

• "Platform" refers to the 77fbb website accessible at https://77fbb.io, including all pages, services, games, betting markets, and associated features.
• "Player" or "You" refers to any individual who registers an account on the Platform and uses its services.
• "Account " refers to the registered user profile created by the Player on the Platform, including all associated balance, betting history, and personal details.

5. Account Security

6. Deposits

7. Withdrawals

Players may request withdrawal of real-money funds from their 77fbb account at any time, subject to the following conditions:

• The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. The maximum single withdrawal amount and daily aggregate limits are specified in the Platform's Payments information section, which may be updated from time to time.
• Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment method registered in the same name as the 77fbb account holder.

• Bonuses are credited to a separate promotional balance and are subject to wagering requirements before they may be converted to withdrawable real-money funds. Standard wagering requirements range from 10x to 35x the bonus amount, depending on the specific promotion.

9.1 Bet Acceptance

Bets are accepted at the odds displayed at the time of placement, subject to the Platform's right to void bets placed at manifestly erroneous odds caused by a technical or human error in the odds feed. In the event of a void bet, the staked amount is returned to the player's account in full.

9.2 Bet Settlement

Markets are settled based on the official result declared by the relevant governing body for each sport — including the Bangladesh Cricket Board (BCB) for domestic cricket, the International Cricket Council (ICC) for international matches, and FIFA for football. Results announced after the official settlement period ends are not grounds for re-settlement of already-settled bets unless an official result revision is declared by the governing body within 72 hours of the event.

9.3 Abandoned & Interrupted Events

Where an event is abandoned, postponed, or suspended before the minimum playing time required for settlement has elapsed, all bets on the affected event will be voided and stakes returned. 9.4 Maximum Payout

Maximum payout limits per bet and per event may apply depending on the market type and sport. These limits are displayed at the point of bet placement. 77fbb reserves the right to limit the maximum bet amount on any market at its sole discretion.

10. Casino Games

All casino and slot games available on the 77fbb Platform are provided by third-party game studios including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Ezugi. Game-specific rules are published within each title. The following general conditions apply:

12. Account Closure

Upon confirmation of a closure request, the account will be deactivated and access to the Platform will be revoked. Any real-money balance remaining at the time of closure — net of any outstanding wagering requirements on active bonuses — will be returned to the player via their last verified payment method within 5 business days.

77fbb reserves the right to close any account at its sole discretion where a breach of these Terms & Conditions is identified, or where continued operation of the account presents a legal, financial, or reputational risk to the Platform. In cases of confirmed fraud or terms abuse, 77fbb may withhold the account balance in its entirety pending a formal investigation.

13. Responsible Gaming

77fbb is committed to promoting safe and responsible gambling behaviour. The Platform provides the following tools to all registered players, accessible directly from account settings:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly maximum deposit amounts. Changes that reduce limits take effect immediately. Changes that increase limits are subject to a 72-hour cooling-off period.

77fbb's total aggregate liability to any individual player for any claim arising under these Terms & Conditions shall not exceed the total value of funds deposited by that player into their 77fbb account in the 30 days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

77fbb does not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free access to the Platform. Scheduled maintenance, technical faults, or circumstances beyond 77fbb's reasonable control may result in temporary service unavailability. 77fbb will make reasonable efforts to minimise downtime and will notify players in advance of scheduled maintenance where practicable.

16. Amendments to These Terms

77fbb reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where changes are material, 77fbb will notify registered players via the email address associated with their account and will publish a revised version of these terms on the Platform with an updated effective date. It is your responsibility to review the Terms & Conditions periodically. Continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any revision constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.

17. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to the jurisdiction in which 77fbb operates. Any disputes that cannot be resolved through direct negotiation between the parties shall be referred to binding arbitration. The language of arbitration proceedings shall be English.

Nothing in this clause limits the statutory rights available to you as a consumer under applicable Bangladeshi law.
